• Fees Structure: (Includes Daily Food Coupon to Men & Women)
• Fees should be submitted along with this Form which is Non –Refundable in any case.
• Last date for Form Submission is 31/03/2026 up to 6.00 pm.
• Entry Fees will be paid in Cash or IMPS / NEFT Only.

• Intention of this tournament is to bring member closer & share happiness, kindly cooperate accordingly.
• Misbehavior will not be tolerated at any cost and all decision will be made by JPC cricket committee only.
• Decision power for cancellation of the tournament due to any unforeseen circumstances will be with management only.
